Prices listed are Labor only. Parts, chemicals and travel charges may apply. Parts and chemicals are not included but will be provided at the time of service. We typically leave a basic chemical supply with each pool on an as needed basis. If you would prefer to supply your own parts and chemicals please note at the bottom of this agreement. “Parts” could include pump baskets, skimmer baskets, o-rings, skimmer nets, vacuum heads, etc. not to exceed $50 each part. Other needed repairs to equipment or pool structure that we find that affect pool operation or safety will be brought to customer’s attention. The suggested repairs will only be performed after customer approval and will be scheduled at a later date. You agree that submission of this document electronically either by email or on the company website constitutes agreement with all terms and conditions and promises to pay MCPS for all services rendered.

Early Bird Discount: In order to take advantage of the 15% off discount, the estimated labor charges must be paid before the 15th of April. Once the pool is open and all of your chemicals, parts, etc have been added to your account, we will send you an invoice or contact you for payment on the remaining balance.

Please note that the actual cost to open your pool depends on the size/complexity of its systems. Pricing may vary from what is listed on this agreement. If equipment is in need of repair or replacement in order to get your pool functional, our tech will notify you of the condition and provide you with an estimated cost of the repair. Please contact our office for accurate pricing and quotes on performing these repairs.

By proceeding with the transaction you give Mastercraft Pool and Spa authorization to perform the work listed above and that you agree to the terms set forth in the agreement.

This signed agreement must be completed and returned before the service can be scheduled.

To guarantee pool opening by Memorial Day Weekend, Please schedule your opening date before April 1st.
