Prices listed are Pre-Paid Labor only. Parts, chemicals and travel charges may apply. Parts and chemicals are not included but will be provided at the time of service. Paying this way gets you the online discount if applicable. Final invoicing will take place after the full service has been completed.
We want you to be able to enjoy your pool and not worry about all the hassle of getting it started for the season. If our crews identify anything that could inhibit your pool’s function for the season, a report of findings including estimations of costs will be provided at the end of the service.
Services included:
- Pool cover will be removed, and all system components will be started for the season.
- Visual inspection of auto cover, pool pump, filter and heater, controls and water features.
- Identify any safety hazards, locate all pool cleaning tools and evaluate chemical supply levels onsite.
- We will treat the water for the initial spring start water balance and ensure all systems are working as intended.
- If salt, shock, acid or other maintenance chemicals are needed we will leave them and add them to the total invoice. We will only leave what you will need for the season.
- Remove large debris from the water if present, Remove and store winterizing supplies.
- Install automatic pool cleaner (if present) and start it.
- If you have a salt system we will perform an initial salt cell cleaning and refill chemical containers.
- **We will test fire your heater and leave it in the OFF position unless you specify differently**
Please be aware that on some occasions we may require that your pool water be drained and refilled with fresh water before we can complete the opening process, due to poor water quality or age. This will result in additional charges. We will make you aware of this in advance.

We typically leave a basic chemical supply with each pool on an as needed basis. If you would prefer to supply your own parts and chemicals please note at the bottom of this agreement. “Parts” could include pump baskets, skimmer baskets, o-rings, skimmer nets, vacuum heads, etc. not to exceed $50 each part. Other needed repairs to equipment or pool structure that we find that affect pool operation or safety will be brought to customer’s attention. The suggested repairs will only be performed after customer approval and will be scheduled at a later date. You agree that submission of this document electronically either by email or on the company website constitutes agreement with all terms and conditions and promises to pay MCPS for all services rendered .
