The POOLIFE Active Cleaning Granules (25 lb bucket, Model #22206) is a powerful, fast-acting granular calcium hypochlorite (Cal Hypo) chlorine shock treatment and sanitizer designed for use in swimming pools.

• Active Ingredient: Contains 68% Calcium Hypochlorite and 32% other ingredients, providing a minimum of 65% available chlorine.
• Cyanuric Acid (CYA) Free: The Cal Hypo formula is unstabilized, meaning it does not add any Cyanuric Acid (CYA) to the pool water. This prevents "chlorine lock" and over-stabilization issues.
• Dual Purpose: It can be used for both daily sanitizing maintenance (to maintain a 1-4 ppm chlorine level) and as a weekly shock treatment to superchlorinate the water.
