Sirona 82130 Sodium Bromide is a granular product designed to establish a "bromide reserve" or "bromide bank" in spa and hot tub water. Its active ingredient is 99% sodium bromide. It is an essential component when starting or transitioning to a bromine-based sanitization system and is not a disinfectant on its own; it requires an oxidizer (like Sirona Bromine Tablets or Sirona Activate Granular) to create active bromine and properly sanitize the water.
